How I work


I specialise in behavioural and attitudinal change at all levels of management and have a proven track record of empowering clients to find pragmatic solutions to business issues.  People appreciate my ability to translate complex management theories into down to earth common sense, which has practical application in the workplace. I have coached and mentored individuals at executive and operational levels in a wide variety of organisations, and trained internationally with clients in Russia, Poland, Finland, Cyprus and Dubai.  I have enabled many of my clients to successfully embed a coaching culture across their organisations.

I hold a Post-graduate Diploma in Coaching (OCR), a Certificate in Coaching Supervision (LPTI), and a Certificate in Training Practice (ITD). I am also a registered practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (BPS) and Emotional Competency Inventory (Hay McBer)
